But What About Saturated Fat?
Once again- completely misunderstood. All the way down the list. Saturated fats are vital for your brain, nerves, cells and immune system. They, like other natural fats, can be a fantastic, long sustaining source of energy. They do not make you fat. They do not plug up your arteries like clogged pipes. Without them, you will not function well. There has been a long standing belief that saturated fats are bad for you however as more research and investigation continues it appears that they may actually be beneficial to your health.
