I’d like you to do a little experiment with me. It’s simple, easy and only takes a minute but it can show you how much we miss out on every single day.

Take one shoe off and walk around. Walk around the house. Walk outside. Feel the difference between shoe and bare foot. Particularly if you do it in the morning, with the cool ground and moist grass, there is so much stimulation our feet can give us on every step we take. This is what we miss out on every day. This is part of the connection humans are wired for. This is what we should try to get whenever we can.

Take those shoes off whenever possible and reconnect those bare five toes to the earth.

P.S.S. The other way you can do it is to walk around your yard with shoes on and then take off both and walk the same path to feel the difference.
