This is an easy one. You don’t need to worry about nutrients when eating a natural way. In fact, you probably have to worry less. Natural eating is, in essence, eating the most nutrient dense food available to you. Additionally, the more natural you eat, the less nutrients your body needs because it absorbs a greater percentage of what you put into it. Case closed.
