200 Exercises and Counting

Today marks 200 exercises. For the last six and a half months I’ve added a new exercise each day on Instagram. The goal is to get at least a year straight but I’m sure, based off my expanding unused video folder, it will be much more than that. It’s my way of trying to share how many different exercises are out there and how it’s possible, maybe easy, to something new every day…
