For 5 days, give up just one of these:
Wheat
All flour products and derivatives.
Sugar
All sugar and sweeteners, real and artificial.
Vegetable and Seed Oils
Soy, Corn, Peanut, Canola, Safflower, Sunflower, etc.
Soy
All soy and foods with soy in them.
Dairy
All dairy, milk, butter, cheese, yogurt and their derivatives.
Alcohol
All alcohol.
Caloric Beverages
Any beverage with calories.
Just pick one. It doesn’t even matter which one. Eliminate one of these from your life for the next 5 days- I guarantee you will feel better in less than a week. You just might feel amazing.
Or take a different approach…
For 5 days, do one of the following every day:
Do Something Active
Doesn’t matter what, just do something active.
Compliment Someone
Make sure you mean it.
Get Sun on Your Skin for 5 minutes
The more skin the better.
Walk Outside for 15 minutes
Simple.
Stand Barefoot on Grass or Dirt
5 minutes of connecting with the earth.
Breath Deep for 1 Minute
Reconnect with your body and get oxygenated.
Hug Someone
Just make sure they’re a willing participant!
Laugh
The best medicine.
Write Down Something Good That Happened That Day
You have more blessings than you think. Remind yourself every day.
Same applies here. You just might be amazed how much better you can feel in a few days.
