Health is filled with opinions, thoughts, beliefs and pseudo/context dependent data masquerading around as truth, which is why this blog is always saying stuff like “it depends” and rarely mentions facts, truth and certainty.

In honor of Mother’s Day, let’s put it right out there: there’s one thing we can be certain of… mothers are always right.

They give so much for the benefit of others and to make other people’s lives better. Let’s make sure the mothers in our life know how important they are and that they know they are always right.
