Hey everyone! It’s been too long since my last post and hope some of you still check your email… 🙂
Life has been going along and going well although as I’m writing this the world is mostly shut down due to Stay at Home orders so most of us have a new normal. The family and I are trying to find all the silver linings we can and enjoying the extra time with each other, although the kids may or may not appreciate all the bike rides, hikes and walks. 🙂
Hopefully you all have found new ways to adapt and adjust your life and health, as this is proving to be a challenge for many that I’ve come across. I’ve found the key is to try to keep it simple and stick to the basics, while remembering that progress over perfection still holds true, and even cruise control works in times like these.
On that note, I’ve been spending most of my free time over on Instagram, working on expanding the Kyle Knapp Fitness page and developing my fitness app. It’s been a great experience and I’ve been able to help thousands of people rethink fitness, almost like an extension of I have rethought health here over the years.
Most of my work is dedicated to bodyweight workouts and exercises that can be done anywhere and everywhere, which is why I think there may be some value for some of you in this space.
