I don’t eat pizza too often but the other day the family and I tried a new “design your own pizza” place called Pieology. It was actually pretty good. It reminded me of Chipotle. You start with a thin crust pizza (They have gluten free crust for anyone wondering…) and basically go down the line and pick your toppings, they throw it in the oven and 5 minutes later you have a nice little pizza. Not “health food” by any means but a nice little indulgence.

That’s all fine and dandy but the reason I’m writing this is because of the wallpaper at Pieology. It was filled with famous quotes and was captivating. After eating I just stood there, reading dozens of famous quotes. It was awesome.
