Daily 5, 10 and 15

One of the most popular things in health and fitness is the concept of daily rituals/practices that you can use to keep your body and mind centered, balanced and consistent, each and every day.

I’ve created a few of these in the last year and shared them on the Kyle Knapp Fitness blog but thought I would put them together here for anyone looking for some ideas on a good daily movement practice.
